BSI provides maintenance and repair services to its clients. From full Life Support Systems to helmet regulators, we can take care of any product or part purchased with us. Materials are typically serviced at BSI and returned to customers as soon as they have passed inspection, but we can also perform the re-certification or service at your facility.

As part of our Recertification Program we go through every piece of your equipment with great care and understanding of the intended use. During the rebuilding level of care we perform the following:

• Complete disassembly of the Helmets, Regulators, Exhalation Valves and Egress Reducers
• Extensive cleaning and disinfecting of each of these components
• Visual inspection for any damage or high wear
• Replacement of all internal diaphragms, gaskets, O-rings and springs
• Visual inspection, repainting and restriping of the helmet shells
• Replacing all lenses, lens gaskets and face piece gaskets
• Replacing all Helmet bags and Cylinder holsters
• Laser engraving with serial numbers and labeling where possible
• Reassembled and tested to manufacturer specifications

We also offer routine or periodic maintenance of your life support equipment. During this level of care we thoroughly clean and disinfect the equipment, visually inspect the high wear areas, replace any components accordingly then test to manufacturer specifications.
